Add multiple signers to widgets
Widgets need the ability to have more than one signer, and also to have other workflow capabilities. Also, any changes need to be able to be fully controlled via the API.

Customize 100% of the body of the emails
While you can currently customize about 90% of the emails EchoSign sends out with your logo, header, footer text, message, etc., it would be terrific to be able to customize it all the way to 100%

Be able to select document from library & use to create a widget and vice versa.
This way you don't have to redo all the fields you customized, marked required, set up to signer, sender, any. It would really make life easier.

Allow signer to preserve form data when delegating a form to another signer
Frequently we have a need to send a document to a customer to be filled out and signed where the form is sent to an intermediary person that completes the form then gives the form to an authorized person to sign. We would like to be able to have the initial person the document is sent to (frequently our point of contact) who may not have the final authority to sign open the document, complete some if not all of the fields, then click the link to forward the document to another person to sign. Allow more branded/white label reseller options
You have a great product, and while we'll use it ourselves we'd love to retail it to our sales-room clients as well as part of our CRM system.
That said, we'd prefer to keep our clients as ours (not yours) so a white-label option would definately be preferred.Oh, and having an affiliate system which is limited to the US only seems a little short-sighted in a global economy. There is a big world out there...

Cancel/Delete Multiple Docs at the same time.
Currently, you have to delete each agreement, separately. We have hundreds of duplicates in the unsigned docs section on the manage tab. We would like to have check boxes to select multiple documents to cancel at the same time. Better yet, have an option to get rid of the duplicate submissions.

Allow large text fields for forms
The ability to accept large text inputs (large text fields) including the ability to upload images to include in these fields would be great.

Allow the history and audit log to show the reminders previous sent
So currently the history or audit log's do not show any of the reminders sent to the person that received the document to sign. You can only see this if you go to the reminder tab and then click on 'list'. The request for enhancement is to append this reminder information on the official audit and history trail. This will give you a complete historical reference on what has happened with this request for signature.

Allow administrators full control over document library
Allow administrators to add or remove documents and assign them to specific groups for their use. This would allow account administrators to pre-load and manage forms for various groups use.
Going further, I would like to see the ability to specify multiple groups that would be able to see certain forms, and hide those forms from other groups.
This would allow us to simplify form management when forms are updated rather than having the group admins from each group upload the same form.

allow signator to ask question without declining to sign
If I send a document for signature and the signator has a question, it would be nice to have a reply come back with the question without having to decline the operation first, thus causing the user to have to resend the document. It would allow for a paper trail and save duplicate entry.

Integrate with QuickBooks 2010
It would be fantastic to be able to create a quote and then have EchoSign send it out for approval.

Re-use previous send messages
I send the same transmittal message each time. I would like to be able to have a drop down that lets me pick previously used messages.
As it is now I have to cut and paste them from a Notepad document into the Echosign form.32 votesYou can upload documents to your library and set most sending options as well as the document name there. The message text is not stored there now, but it’s a good idea to add it there or have a list of messages to choose from on the send page.

Allow alternative purposes - Acknowledge, Approve, ...
We ran into a challenge with a document we wanted suppliers to acknowledge and had some individuals refuse to acknowledge because of the wording when collecting the signature. It was not an agreement.
Please consider providing the capability to select alternative wording for different applications of EchoSign or provide the opportunity to customize this wording to best suit the application.

Add the capability to allow team members to reassign contracts already out for signature to a new team member
We need the ability to reassign contracts that are out for signature. This becomes important when an employee leaves the company, is on extended vacation etc. Not having this feature means we need to cancel and re-send contracts which causes confusion and delay with our customers.

Add folders to organized signed documents
As a new user, I'm finding the list of "signed" documents is getting quite long and a bit unmanageable. It'd be great to create folders to organize by date or client so they're easier to find

allow change to widget width
the current widget script is very wide and doesn't fit on many of our sites that have a left navigation or sidebar. it would be great if the widget width could be customized or would just bet set to 100% to fit the available space rather than overflowing

redirect after signing
After signing a form (either online or via widget/url) I'd like ability to specify a redirect on completion page. We could then create a nicely formatted 'what happens next' type confirmation page or message on our own site to provide users with more information.
27 votesYou can do that when creating a Widget through the API using the completion URL. We will consider this as an enhancement for Widgets created from the Web application, too.

Add the ability to go back to the previous page when you are in the preview page
This will allo a user to make any necessary changes (email addresses, messages, or the actual agreement) vs having to start all over. It will also eliminate the need to click and delete a draft agreement twice in EchoSign.

Allow users to set the date format
Users in different countries have their own standards of date format which are not compatible with the US. UK users prefer dates presented as DD MM YYYY and this simple change would eliminate any confusion.
