Allow alternative purposes - Acknowledge, Approve, ...
We ran into a challenge with a document we wanted suppliers to acknowledge and had some individuals refuse to acknowledge because of the wording when collecting the signature. It was not an agreement.
Please consider providing the capability to select alternative wording for different applications of EchoSign or provide the opportunity to customize this wording to best suit the application.
Original purpose and wording:
Sign Agreement
How it works: By entering your name and initials, you agree to accept the terms of the above document with an electronic signature.
Alternative purposes and wording:
Acknowledge
How it works: By entering your name and initials, you electronically acknowledge reading and understanding the above document.
Approve
How it works: By entering your name and initials, you electronically approve the above document.
Authorize
How it works: By entering your name and initials, you electronically authorize as specified in the above document.
Please consider providing the capability to select alternative wording for different applications of EchoSign or provide the opportunity to customize this wording to best suit the application.
You might even consider including the wording with the signature to indicated what was present when signing.
Thanks for providing this feedback. We are looking into it.

Would like to waive security (e-mail verification) for documents this is not necessary for. For example, if a client comes into the office and does not have an e-mail address we would like for him/her to still be able to sign our documents electronically.

If this is implemented, it would also be important to have this available via API.

we have mangers that have to "approve for signature" prior to the actual signature on the document. It would be great to have that functionality as part of the work flow without the field showing up as a full signature block
