    Customize 100% of the body of the emails

    While you can currently customize about 90% of the emails EchoSign sends out with your logo, header, footer text, message, etc., it would be terrific to be able to customize it all the way to 100%

    Allow more branded/white label reseller options

    You have a great product, and while we'll use it ourselves we'd love to retail it to our sales-room clients as well as part of our CRM system.
    That said, we'd prefer to keep our clients as ours (not yours) so a white-label option would definately be preferred.

    Add multiple signers to widgets

    Widgets need the ability to have more than one signer, and also to have other workflow capabilities. Also, any changes need to be able to be fully controlled via the API.

    Allow alternative purposes - Acknowledge, Approve, ...

    We ran into a challenge with a document we wanted suppliers to acknowledge and had some individuals refuse to acknowledge because of the wording when collecting the signature. It was not an agreement.

    Cancel/Delete Multiple Docs at the same time.

    Currently, you have to delete each agreement, separately. We have hundreds of duplicates in the unsigned docs section on the manage tab. We would like to have check boxes to select multiple documents to cancel at the same time. Better yet, have an option to get rid of the duplicate submissions.

    Allow large text fields for forms

    The ability to accept large text inputs (large text fields) including the ability to upload images to include in these fields would be great.

    Be able to be an admin without using a user license seat

    I'm in operations, administrate Salesforce.com, and oversee our contract processes. I don't need to be a signer. The way it's currently set up is that the admin takes up a user/signer license.

    Allow multiple signers from one e-mail address.

    We need to have the ability to request multiple signers from one e-mail address. For example, this would be useful when dealing with a husband and wife that has only 1 e-mail address.

    Optional initials or Radio buttons

    My documents have an area where the signer has to pick Option A or Option B. So I need a set of radio buttons, checkboxes or optional initials.

    Optional radio buttons are supported when created through Adobe PDF forms.

    Re-use previous send messages

    I send the same transmittal message each time. I would like to be able to have a drop down that lets me pick previously used messages.
    As it is now I have to cut and paste them from a Notepad document into the Echosign form.

    You can upload documents to your library and set most sending options as well as the document name there. The message text is not stored there now, but it's a good idea to add it there or have a list of messages to choose from on the send page.

    Make it possible to split and merge documents that have been echosigned.

    Export content of form fields in CSV

    I have many customers fill out and sign forms that include information like name, address, phone, etc. It'd be super-awesome if I could select some sub-set of my completed documents, then click "Form Data Export" and get a CSV file with one row per document and one column per field.

    You can achieve that when sending documents stored in your library. In that case, you can export field values of all the signed documents at once.

    allow signator to ask question without declining to sign

    If I send a document for signature and the signator has a question, it would be nice to have a reply come back with the question without having to decline the operation first, thus causing the user to have to resend the document. It would allow for a paper trail and save duplicate entry.

    Global Account Settings override

    It would be great if we could override the Global Account Settings with each document we send out. For example, while we need signers to receive copies of their contracts, we would like to turn the feature off for internal documents sent for approval.

    In general, we try keeping the Send page as clean as simple as possible, but would certainly look into ways to expose more options there.
    BTW, we create custom send pages for Enterprise customers that can change some (but not all) default settings.

    allow change to widget width

    the current widget script is very wide and doesn't fit on many of our sites that have a left navigation or sidebar. it would be great if the widget width could be customized or would just bet set to 100% to fit the available space rather than overflowing

    Allow 1-time choice of biometric signatures on Send / Document Authoring page(s)

    There are contexts where you want to require a biometric signatures, others where you don't. Currently there' s no way to pick on a doc-by-doc basis, only on an account-level basis.
